Kiran, Botcha hold hour-long talks

HYDERABAD: PCC president Botcha Satyanarayana's hour-long meeting with chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy at the CM's camp office near Begumpet here on Sunday assumed significance in view of the Telangana agitation, SI written examination and the Seemandhra Congress leaders' Delhi visit to meet Ghulam Nabi Azad on August 10.Botcha is learnt to have also discussed with Reddy the impending Congress-Praja Rajyam merger, declaration of crop holiday by farmers of East and West Godavari, constituency-wise meetings with the Congress leaders to strengthen the party from grass-root level and to consolidate Congress-PRP cadre across the state etc.
