JNU row: 9 key questions Delhi Police asked Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya

New Delhi: Delhi Police on late Tuesday night questioned Jawaharlal Nehru University students Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya for continuous five hours in connection with a sedition case filed against them. They surrendered before the police on Tuesday, hours after the Delhi High Court refused to grant them protection from arrest.

Here are the nine key questions asked by Delhi Police:

1. Where were you for all these days?

2. Who helped you all these days?

3. Who all helped you financially?

4. Did you take permission to organise the February 9 event?

5. Did you raise all slogans?

6. Who all raised slogans? (if at all they were raised)

7. Did kanhaiya Kumar raise those slogans?

8. Did people from outside JNU also participate?

9. Did you organise such events even in the past?
