Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir has two cabinet ministers holding charge of the Law and Justice Department, according to the website of the state government's General Administration Department.
In the official telephone directory of the state government, PDP leaders Abdul Haq Khan and Basharat Bukhari have been shown as holding charge of the Law and Justice Department.
Khan is the incumbent Minister for Law and Justice.
Bukhari held the charge in the PDP-BJP government headed by Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, who died in January.
While most of the ministers retained their portfolios in the council of ministers headed by Mehbooba Mufti, Bukhari was made the Revenue Minister and Khan was given the charge of Law and Justice department in addition to that of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj.
None of the officials from the General Administration Department or Law Department were available for comment.
