New Delhi: Shashi Tharoor, Member of Parliament (MP) from Thiruvananthapuram and the former Minister of State for External Affairs, will finally tie the knot with his girlfriend Sunanda Pushkar on August 22.
The marriage ceremony will take place at his 200-year-old ancestral home in Ernakulam District of Kerala. A reception party will also be organised in New Delhi.
However, rumours have been around for several months about the couple tying the knot. Shashi Tharoor and Sunanda were spotted in Ajmer together recently.
Tharoor had to quit as Minister of State for External Affairs after it was revealed that Sunanda Pushkar had links to the Kochi IPL franchise.
