Irregularities in CENTAC Counselling: AIADMK

PUDUCHERRY: The local unit of AIADMK has alleged irregularities in allocation of seats under reserved quota. A Anbazhagan, party state secretary, alleged that admissions to some seats under reserved quota had gone to unde serving candidates. He said that proper criteria was not adopted in selection where students claiming proficiency in non-existent sports in Puduchery had got seats under the sports quota. He said that the committee who verified all aspects of the guidelines had been replaced by a three man team , who had not verified the credentials he alleged.
