Understanding of godI strongly believe in god and follow monotheism. I respect all religions as each one has its own beauty and adorable heritage. Also, I trust in the fundamentals of spirituality, be it visiting temples or smearing ashes on my forehead, every practice has a scientific reason equally. For instance, the purpose of smearing ashes on one’s forehead is to make a person understand that at his end, he would turn to ashes. Spiritual practicesI don’t accept misconceptions and myths. Often, we see people doing blindfolded things under the pretext of spiritual practices, which, I’m at loggerheads with. I have felt vibrations in ancient temples, but that’s because of the power and positive energy of good souls. I try to follow our traditional and spiritual practices, but honestly, I’m not regular like my parents, who are particular in doing spiritual things. Spiritual experience A special power works beyond a point. In many instances, I have experienced this truth. We think success comes to us because of our efforts, it is not so. Undoubtedly, it is god who makes it according to our good and bad deeds. Pilgrimage sitesMadurai Meenakshi Amman temple in Madurai is my second home. Whenever I go to Madurai, I make sure I visit it. The goddess is very powerful and she has fulfilled all my needs and expectations so far.Meditation and awakeningSitting in a place and closing one’s eyes is not meditation, one’s own work is a sort of meditation. It all depends on the levels of involvement and concentration we put in without a split of attention and interest.
