Kolkata: Amidst the raging debate on triple talaq, a former judge of the Supreme Court, on Saturday, called for an immediate ban on the practice.
“Triple talaq must be stopped immediately. How long will women be considered as a commodity in this society?” said Justice Ganguly, speaking at the Kolkata Press Club.
