BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Friday posted to November 22 the hearing on the anticipatory bail petition moved by former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa and his kin with regard to private complaint number 5 filed by advocate Sirajin Basha.The court, which had granted anticipatory bail to Yeddyurappa and his family members in two cases, said it would pass orders on a memo filed by the advocate that as per a recent HC circular all related cases should be heard by the same Bench.The memo stated that private complaint number 5 should be heard by another bench which had earlier heard the anticipatory bail pleas of two accused in the case B M Jaya Shankar, director of Adarsh Developers, and Karunesh, director of Akarsha Properties. Meanwhile, the HC extended time till November 25 for Yeddyurappa’s sons B Y Raghavendra, B Y Vijayendra and his son-in-law R N Sohankumar to produce documents in denotification cases. Earlier while granting bail to the three, the Lokayukta Special Court had asked them to produce the documents of transactions of Davalagiri Property Developers.
