Kolkata: The Howrah-New Delhi Rajdhani Express caught fire at Howrah station on Tuesday. The fire broke out at the generator van of the train while it was standing for departure on platform number 9 at the station.

There have been no reports of injuries so far. Four fire tenders are working on the spot to douse the fire.

Train services in the Howrah division have been affected due to the incident. The train was scheduled to depart at 4.50 pm but has still not been able to move out.

Cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
