Similar to the surprises and snubs seen during awards season, there are some places that have lost popularity since last year, along with new additions that have made it onto this year’s list.
Google Flights has unveiled its top summer 2024 destinations, based on searches by users in the U.S. for travel between June 1 and August 31, 2024. Cancun, once the top choice, now ranks sixth, while Tokyo is gaining popularity. Madrid and San Juan have emerged as new additions to the list of summer destinations.
