Court to decide on custody of Delhi blast accused
The accused were arrested from J&K for allegedly sending a terror e-mail hours after the blast.

New Delhi: The judicial custody of the two accused arrested in the September 7 Delhi High Court blast case will end on Friday. Abid Hussain and Amir Abbas, arrested by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) from Jammu and Kashmir, will be produced in the court on Friday.

They were arrested from Kishtwar in Jammu and Kashmir for allegedly sending a terror e-mail from a cyber cafe hours after the blast.

Both have been booked under unlawful activities prevention act, criminal conspiracy for murder and attempt to murder and other relevant sections of IPC.

The bomb that was used in the blast outside the Delhi High Court was reportedly planted by terrorists in a suitcase and exploded at 10:14 am on September 7 outside Gate No. 5 of the court where more that 100 litigants had gathered for passes to enter the court's premises.
