Congress to have collective leadership: Krishna

MYSORE: External Affairs Minister S M Krishna said that Congress will face the ensuing assembly election under collective leadership in the state. He said that the people would be apprised of the achievements of the previous Congress government in the state.At a private function held at Maddur on Saturday, he refused to react to Hiremath’s demand for probe in illegal mining scam from the year 2000, covering three former chief ministers S M Krishna, Dharam Singh and Kumaraswamy. He said that he welcomed Hiremath’s concern over the illegal mining in the state and the process should be within the purview of the legal provision.He said that the Lokayukta has already conducted inquiry into the alleged scam. On the political crisis in state BJP, he said that he was not interested in rival party crisis. He added the Congress party will come back to power in state soon.
