A woman inspector noted that her belly was unusually cold and very hard while she was preparing to board a flight.
New Delhi: Colombian police arrested a 28-year-old woman Tabitha Leah Ritchie for trying to smuggle 2 kg cocaine concealed under a false belly which made it look like she was pregnant. Tabitha Leah Ritchie was arrested at the Bogota International Airport.
Police officials say the woman is of Canadian origin and was stopped by woman inspector who noted that her belly was unusually cold and very hard while she was preparing to board a flight from Bogota to Canada.
Police discovered a false belly made of latex taped to her body and inside it was 2 kg of cocaine. The woman has been arrested.
