Paris: India's Mahesh Bhupathi and Max Mirnyi of Belarus defeated Israel's Jonathan Erlich and Michael Kohlmann of Germany 3-6, 6-1, 10-5 to move into the quarterfinals of the Paris Masters here on Friday.
The sixth seeds won their second-round match in an hour and nine minutes. Bhupathi and Mirnyi, who are looking to qualify for the season-ending World Tour Finals, will next take on second-seeded Daniel Nestor of Canada and Nenad Zimonjic of Serbia.
India's Leander Paes and Lukas Dlouhy of Czech Republic are already in the quarterfinals.
Also, India's Rohan Bopanna and Pakistan's Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi face Mark Knowles of Bahamas and Andy Ram of Israel in the second round.
