BANGALORE: Home Minister R Ashok has been accused of possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income and that he had given false information to the Election Commission in this regard. A complaint to this effect was lodged with Lokayukta by Wing Commander (Retd) G B Atri — who unsuccessfully contested the 2008 Assembly elections against Ashok — on Saturday. Ashok has also been accused of giving false information to the Lokayukta about his assets.
