KOCHI: The family of a victim of the Mangalore air crash moved the Kerala High Court on Friday seeking a revision of the recent court order which held that Air India is not liable to pay a no fault liability of Rs 75 lakh to the families of victims of the air crash.The petitioner Abdul Salam and Ramla, parents of B Mohammed Rafi, who was killed in the crash have also sought a direction to the airline to pay the petitioners the no fault liability as directed by the Single Judge.It was on a petition filed by Abdul Salam and Ramla a Single Judge of the High Court had directed the Air India to pay a compensation of `75 lakh to the relatives of the victims. Later, a Division Bench set aside the Single Bench order on an appeal filed by the airline.
