'Bhagavathi', 'Kuthu', 'Aei', 'Dhum', 'Vaa Da'. All these mass masala entertainers have one thing in common- they were directed by A Venkatesh. The filmmaker is changing tracks now, as his next will be a youthful, soft subject.
Titled 'Enakku Vaaitha Nanbargal Ippadi', the movie will launch Tejas, son of veteran Malayalam actor Alex, in the lead role. The heroine Uthra too is a newcomer. Thambi Ramaiah, Singam Puli and Mayilsami are also there.
Says Venkatesh, "It's a lively story about a youngster who is caught between his friends and his love. How he emerges triumphant in life will be told in a hilarious manner. I am donning the role of a comedian in this film."
The director adds there will be fewer dialogues between the hero and the heroine in the first half. To be produced by Madhu under the Mount Movie Makers banner, 'Enakku Vaaitha Nanbargal Ippadi' has dialogues by popular writer Pattukottai Prabhakar.
