Connect a wireless printer.
Most modern printers are wireless. They can be connected to a wireless network and you can print from any device connected to the same Wi-Fi network. This includes PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android, or Chromebooks.
Save a print preview to Google Drive.
If you don't have access to a printer, you can use Google Chrome to save a print preview to Google Drive and print it later. Use the following steps to save a print preview to Google Drive: RIght-click a file you want to open. Click Open with Select Google Chrome as the app to open the app you want to open the file in. Press "Ctrl + P" or "Command + P" to open the Print menu. Select Save to Google Drive as the destination. Click Save.
Consider alternative print services.
The following are some services you can use instead of Google Cloud Print: Directprint.io Papercut Printerlogic Ezeep.com
Use local print stores.
If you need something professionally printed, or your place of business doesn't have wireless printing set up, you can always use local print shops. Stores like Staples, UPS, FedEx, and the library offer print services for all your business needs.
Go paperless.
Switching to a paperless system eliminates the need for printing. Even if you don't have the means to go completely paperless, you may be able to do so partially. You can use a document scanner to scan documents and create digital copies. Just make sure you have a few backups of your wireless system.
