Get out some fresh almonds and clean them.
Get out a small bowl and place the almonds in it.
Pour the vinegar over the almonds in the bowl. Make sure they all are covered and coated in the vinegar.
Take them out and place them on baking paper. Make sure they are no longer dripping in vinegar.
Put them into another clean bowl.
Pour the salt over them making sure that there is an even spread over all of them.
Place them onto a baking tray covered in baking paper.
Turn on the oven to 150 °C (302 °F). Place the tray in the oven.
Cook them for about three to five minutes. You'll need to watch them most the time to make sure they're not burnt.
Take them out and place them on a cooling tray to cool.
When they are cooled, you can eat them or store them in a glass jar.
