Choose to make this drink during the summer or on one of the those pesky, humid days. With a splash of melon, this freeze drink will satisfy a hot body.

Create a sugar rim on the cup by pouring a dash of Curaçao on one saucer or plate and the sugar on the other plate.

Turn the cup upside down and dip the rim in both plates - liqueur first, then sugar.

Add crushed ice into the rimmed cup. Be careful not to touch the rim of the ice as you pour it in.

Pour the amaretto liqueur onto the ice.

Pour the melon liqueur onto the ice.
