How to Copy an Email on iPhone or iPad
This wikiHow teaches you how to copy an email from your mailbox to your clipboard as a PDF document, using an iPhone or iPad. You can then paste the copied PDF, and insert it into a note in the Notes app, or share it in another email or text message.
Steps

Tap the Mail icon on your Home screen. It's the icon that looks like an envelope on a blue background.

Tap the email you want to copy. This opens it in full-screen.

Tap the curved arrow icon at the bottom. This button is next to the Trash in the lower-right corner of your screen. Your email options will be opened on a pop-up menu.

Tap Print on the menu. This will open your email's print preview on a new page. Don't worry, you won't need to print it on an actual printer. Swipe left on the preview pages to view all the pages of your email. Optionally, you can tap the Range field on this page, and select a page range to copy. This might be useful if you don't want to copy all the pages of the email.

Zoom in on the page preview. Pinch out on your email's print preview with two fingers to zoom in. This will open your email's page preview in full-screen. On some versions, you may have to long-press on the page preview instead of pinching out with two fingers.

Tap the iPhone Blue Share icon on the top-right. Your options menu will slide in from the bottom of your screen.

Tap "Copy" on the menu. It's the two gray pages on the bottom of the menu. It will copy the entire email to your clipboard as a PDF document. You can then paste the email and all of its pages to Notes or an email or text message.

What's your reaction?
