Visit Duke Energy’s website to start a Live Chat. Go to the Duke Energy Customer Service page and click the arrow beneath “Chat.” To chat with a specialist, log into MyAccount. Type a message into the chat to be connected to a specialist. Chat lines are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm local. If a chat icon isn’t available, contact customer support by phone or email.
