Negredo spotted Del Moral streaking into the area in the 54th and met his run with a cross for the visitors to double the lead in an Andalucian derby.
Del Moral added his second four minutes into stoppage time after scoring from a rebound to secure Sevilla's second straight victory.
Sevilla jumped to within four points of sixth and the final Europa League qualifying spot, while Granada remains six points clear of relegation in 17th.
