Leeds United winger Crysencio Summerville is understood to be on the radars of a couple of Premier League sides. Give Me Sport claimed that English clubs Crystal Palace, Newcastle United and Aston Villa are all set to come up with a better strategy to sign Summerville, who is available for £40 million this summer, as per the Mirror. According to De Telegraaf’s Mike Verweij, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are interested in landing the Dutch youngster. The French giants were reportedly “very interested” in signing the 22-year-old. It was even claimed that the reigning Ligue 1 champions even contacted Summerville’s entourage for a possible summer transfer. Daniel Farke’s failure to guide Leeds United to the Premier League is also understood to have convinced Summerville to leave Elland Road.

Rising through the academy at Feyenoord, Crysencio Summerville switched to Leeds United in 2020. Having represented the English outfit in 91 matches, Summerville found the back of the net 25 times. Summerville enjoyed a stellar last season for Leeds United registering 21 goals and 10 assists across all competitions. He made 49 appearances for the Championship side during the last campaign.
As per We Are Palace, Crystal Palace are now willing to sign Crysencio Summerville using the money they earned from Michael Olise’s transfer. Olise, who had joined Crystal Palace from Reading for £8 million in 2021, signed a five-year deal with Bayern Munich. The English-born France Under-21 forward left the Eagles to join the Bavarian giants for a reported amount of 60 million euros (£50 million).
“I’m very happy to now be playing for such a big club – it’s a great challenge and that’s exactly what I was looking for. I want to prove myself at this level and play my part in ensuring we win as many titles as possible in the coming years,” said Michael Olise, as per BBC.
Leeds United featured in the Championship playoff final but lost 1-0 to Southampton at the Wembley Stadium earlier this year in May. The victory helped Southampton in securing a return to the Premier League. Leeds United had registered a third-place finish in the regular season, with three points above fourth-placed Southampton.
