Uttarakhand PSC Announces Recruitment For Government Dairy And Sugarcane Supervisors

The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has announced recruitment for the positions of Government Dairy Supervisor and Sugarcane Supervisor. The application process has started, and interested candidates for the Supervisor position can apply on the UKPSC website ukpscnet.in. The last date to submit the application form is January 3, 2024.

Age Limit

For the recruitment of Dairy Supervisors in Uttarakhand, the age limit is 18 to 42 years, while for the Sugarcane Supervisor position, the age limit for applying is 21 to 42 years. Reserved category candidates will receive the relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules.

Sugarcane and Dairy Supervisor Salary Details

The salary for the Sugarcane and Dairy Supervisors is between Rs 25,500 and Rs 81,100 (Level-4). The final salary would depend on how well they perform in the test and their educational qualifications. In addition to their basic pay, they will also be entitled to numerous allowances, such as medical and dearness allowances.

Application Fees

For General/OBC/EWS category candidates applying for Sugarcane Supervisor and Dairy Supervisor positions in Uttarakhand, the application fee is Rs 172.30. For SC/ST category candidates, the application fee is Rs 82.30. Physically handicapped candidates have an application fee of Rs 22.

UKPSC Educational Qualifications For These Posts

Sugarcane Supervisor – Candidates should have completed Intermediate Agriculture from the Uttarakhand Board of School Education or any other examination recognized by the government. Alternatively, candidates with a high school diploma and two years of diploma in agriculture from a recognized institution or those with a graduation degree in agriculture will be eligible for weightage.

Dairy Supervisor – A minimum of Intermediate in Agriculture or Indian Dairy Diploma from a recognized institution or its equivalent or higher technical qualification is required. Candidates who have served in the regional army for two years and possess a B or C certificate from NCC and have a minimum of six months of experience in the activities of dairy cooperative societies will be eligible for weightage.
