It is important for the youth that they should have complete knowledge about the job they want to choose based on their qualification.

Many people feel devastated and heartbroken after participating in job fairs again and again and not getting selected for the interview. As per experts, one should pay special attention to their personality development. This will help them to get a job if representatives from various companies take the interview. Along with this, the youth should come to the interview keeping in mind everything from their body language to dressing sense and their educational documents.

Amar Kaushal, District Coordinator of Uttar Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Mission (UPSDM), said that employment fairs are organized from time to time by the Regional Employment Exchange and Kaushal Vikas Mission. Some youth fail in the interview; either there is some mistake in the resume of those youth, their body language is not appropriate, or they are not able to give the right answer to the concerned person while giving the interview.

So, it is important for such youth that they should have complete knowledge about the job they want to choose based on their qualifications. Along with this, there should be no hesitation at all while giving the interview. Answers should be given in clear words and a good language style so that the concerned person feels that this person has complete knowledge about this field.

District coordinator Amar Kaushal also shared that children often come wearing any type of clothes during the interview. A casual dress should be worn during the interview, which is not at all fashionable. Along with this, you should have complete information about the job for which you want to apply.

Apart from this, there are many other factors related to cracking an interview, which include:

1. Body Posture and Gestures:

Your body speaks a lot for you. We must keep an eye on our body language. Also, there are some postures and gestures that need to be kept in mind before entering an interview hall.

2. Be Confident:

One should be confident. Stop being nervous. A confident person always has a higher probability of selection, as it leaves a positive impact on the interviewers.

3. Avoid Technical Jargon:

Avoid using highly technical words that interviewers are not aware of. Using nice vocabulary leaves a good impression, but using excess vocabulary might create an awkward situation.
