SP Santosh Mishra Leads Kushinagar Raid: Fake Notes, Weapons And Political Links Exposed
Santosh Mishra raided the border area of UP-Bihar area and arrested ten people associated with the case.

The SP of Kushinagar district in Uttar Pradesh raided the border area of UP-Bihar and caught a gang who was dealing with fake notes which is worth Rs. 5.62 Lakhs, Rs 1.1 lakhs and NPR 3000 (Rs. 1800) found in the police action.

Not only this, four cotton bombs, ten country-made pistols, 30 live and 12 other cartridges were also uncovered. The officials have also found 13 mobiles, 26 SIM cards, ten fake Aadhar cards, 10 ATM cards, eight laptops and two luxury cars. Following this, the police arrested ten people in this action.

While talking in an interview, SP Santosh Kumar suggested that, although many people have been arrested, several tasks remain undone as well. He also confirmed that the police took completely fair action and their intention was not to defame anyone nor to conspire against anyone. Additionally, he claimed that whenever they take any action, they do it under the guidance of their senior officers. Following this, the SP also added that, he left his job and became an IPS to serve his country. Likewise, his father was also a military and is an inspiration for him as he follows his father’s principles. After 2017, under the guidance of the Chief Minister, Mishra was posted to numerous districts. Wherever he was posted, he did his work authentically.

When asked about the dangers of tracking criminals, Santosh Mishra replied that, in this field, danger and challenges are inherent parts and one learns to cope with them over time. He reflected that they chose this path with the mindset that they would face whatever challenges arose. Although a high-paying job abroad could have provided a comfortable life, he believes it would come with the regret of not contributing to the country. Santosh Mishra emphasized the fulfilment of working for societal welfare and claimed the valuable lessons he had learned from his senior officers.

Several shocking revelations have been made regarding this case, as several political leaders are associated with it. Samajwadi Party leader and National Secretary of Samajwadi Lohia Vahin, Mohammed Rafiq Ahmed are also suspected to be associated with it.

A shocking revelation has also emerged regarding Aurangzeb Khan, also hailed as Laden, arrested in connection with the case. It was found that he was a leader of the Samajwadi Party. In 2023, he left the Congress Party to join the Samajwadi Party and has previously served as the State Secretary of the Congress Minority Cell.
