The JEECUP counselling 2024 round 4 choice-filling procedure was commenced by the Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh. Candidates who passed the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination (UPJEE) 2024 but was not allotted any seat in the previous rounds, can submit their form through the official website: jeecup.admissions.nic.in. The online web registration started on August 14, 2024 and will end today, August 16, 2024.
The seats will be allotted according to the candidate’s preference, rank, and availability. As per the schedule, the result for the seat allotment round 4 will be declared tomorrow, August 17, 2024. To confirm admission, candidates need to pay the acceptance fee of Rs 3,000 and a counselling fee of Rs 250 on August 18. The document verification process will take place from August 20 to 22.
The round 5 choice-filling will begin from August 25, 2024. Candidates who are unsatisfied with their seat can withdraw from round 4 and can participate in further rounds.

Step 1: Visit the official website: jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the choice-filling link and click on it.
Step 3: Enter your login credentials like application number, password and security pin to login.
Step 4: Read the instructions carefully.
Step 5: Fill in your choices and click on Submit.
Step 6: Download the confirmation form and take a printout of it for future reference.

The exam is typically conducted in offline mode and all are multiple choice questions (MCQs). For each correct answer, candidate will be rewarded with 4 marks. For every incorrect answer 1 mark is deducted. No marks are deducted for questions that are left unanswered. The duration of the examination is 3 hours.
