IOCL Recruitment 2024: Steps To Apply

Step 1: Go to the official website at iocl.com

Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the link that says – “Requirement of Non-Executive Personnel in Refineries & Pipelines Division – 2024” which is under the ‘What’s New’ section.

Step 3: Then click on the registration link and enter the asked details.

Step 4: Once the registration is done, proceed with the application form.

Step 5: Pay the mandatory fee and upload the documents if required.

Step 6: Cross-check all the details and submit the IOCL form as asked.

IOCL Recruitment 2024: Application Fee

Candidates in the General, EWS, and OBC (NCL) categories must pay a Rs 300 application fee, while SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM applicants are exempted from paying the fee.

IOCL Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must have passed the Class 10 examination and hold an ITI or Diploma in the relevant engineering subject. The age limit for the general category is 18 to 26 years. Other categories, however, benefit from a relaxation: up to three years for OBCs and five years for SC/STs.

IOCL Recruitment 2024: Selection Process

The selection process will include both a computer-based test (CBT) and a skill/proficiency/physical test (SPPT). The SPPT will have a qualifying nature. The computer-based test will consist of one objective multiple-choice paper with 100 questions carrying 1 mark each. The examination will only be given in English and Hindi, with no negative marking for incorrect answers. The CBT has a completion time of 120 minutes (2 hours). Every candidate will have to secure a minimum of 40 per cent marks in the Computer Based Test to be shortlisted for qualifying for SPPT.
