Fans Go Crazy Over Video of MS Dhoni Riding a Royal Enfield in His Ranchi Farm House: WATCH

MS Dhoni is back in India, having enjoyed a long vacation in the USA. Upon reaching his hometown Ranchi, Dhoni went out for a leisurely bike ride on a rain-soaked afternoon. He was captured riding a Royal Enfield on a tree-lined pathway inside his farmhouse. Dhoni owns a large collection of superbikes and vintage cars.

In a viral video, Dhoni was seen wearing a black T-shirt and grey trousers. The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by a fan club of Chennai Super Kings– “Whistle Podu Army”.

The caption of the post read, “Thala Dhoni back in Ranchi and reunited with his bike.” The clip also featured a blue Volkswagen Beetle. Dhoni gifted the vintage car to his wife Sakshi on their 11th wedding anniversary in 2021.

MS Dhoni touched down at the Ranchi airport a few days ago and a video of his arrival created much buzz among his fans. In the fan-made footage, Dhoni was captured adjusting his long hair while making his way out of the airport gate. The World Cup-winning captain was accompanied by security personnel.

Earlier this month, MS Dhoni was spotted watching a game of American football in Michigan with some of his friends. They attended a National Football League (NFL) match between the Detroit Lions and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

One of Dhoni’s friends shared a video on Instagram where the legendary cricketer was seen sitting at the stadium with FedEx CEO Raj Subramaniam.

Chennai Super Kings fans have been eagerly waiting for Dhoni to confirm his availability for the 2025 season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The BCCI has yet to announce the retention rule, which will have a great impact on the next mega auction.

If Dhoni decides to continue in the franchise competition, he is expected to be retained by CSK. In case Dhoni hangs up his boots, the Chennai-based outfit will need to look for a permanent replacement in the wicketkeeper’s role.

“We are yet to hear from him. Once the BCCI makes a formal decision on the number of retentions, we will have a clear picture,” a CSK source told the Indian Express.

Dhoni has been part of CSK since the inaugural IPL and has led them to five IPL titles. He underwent knee surgery after CSK became the champions in the 2023 season. Ahead of the 2024 IPL, Dhoni stepped down from captaincy, with Ruturaj Gaikwad taking over the charge.
