Soybeans for November delivery fell 33 cents to $13.20 a bushel. Corn for December delivery fell 14 cents to $5.51 a bushel. Wheat for December delivery fell 8 cents to $7.43 a bushel.

Benchmark U.S. crude oil for September delivery fell $1.77 to $63.69 a barrel. Brent crude oil for October delivery fell $1.78 to $66.45 a barrel.

Wholesale gasoline for September delivery fell 7 cents to $2.08 a gallon. September heating oil fell 5 cents to $1.97 a gallon. September natural gas fell 2 cents to $3.83 per 1,000 cubic feet.

Gold for December delivery fell $1.30 to $1,783.10 an ounce. Silver for September delivery fell 19 cents to $23.23 an ounce and September copper fell 8 cents to $4.04 a pound.

The dollar fell to 109.79 Japanese yen from 109.89 yen. The euro fell to $1.1677 from $1.1711.
