A girl based out of Surat in Gujarat was arrested by the police after she was caught doing stunts on a busy road without a helmet and safety gear. The police have booked her under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code, including Section 279, Section 188, Section 269 and sections of The Epidemic Diseases Act. This happened after Sanjana alias Princi Prasad shared the video on Instagram and it went viral.
According to a report, the police mentioned that the video has been filmed on Vesu and Gaurav Path localities. Further, the police mentioned that they are actively taking action against those people who rash drive as such incidents can lead to fatal accidents. As of now, Sanjana has been released on bail.

The biker is a resident of Baben village near Bardoli town who has quite a following on Instagram, where she posts these bike videos. She has shared clips of riding various bikes including Royal Enfield, KTM RC 390, KTM 390 Duke, among others. The video which got her into trouble has garnered over 17 thousand likes. In the clip, we see that Sanjana is not only without a helmet, but is also without a face mask.
She is seen riding her bike with one hand while the other is rested on her waist. A few seconds later, she adjusts her jacket with both the hands, leaving the handle of the bike entirely. She is also seen waving with one hand, following which she speeds her bike and goes away.
Speaking to TOI,Sanjana revealed that the bike in question belongs to her friend Mohammad Bilal Ghanchi of Sagbara town in Narmada district. Sanjana also opined that the police does not take action against those doing various risky stunts, but have booked her because the video went viral.
