Acceleration from zero to 100 km/h is completed by the GLC 63 S 4MATIC+ in just 3.8 seconds, while the GLC 63 4MATIC+ takes 4.0 seconds.

Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 S 4Matic+ and GLC 63 Coupe 4Matic+ have been unveiled before their official debut at the upcoming 2017 New York Auto Show.

Both these cars are powered by AMG’s 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine that’s capable of delivering 475 or 510 horsepower and 650 or 700 Nm of torque (depending on the mdodel) and comes mated to a 9-speed AMG Speedshift transmission.

Acceleration from zero to 100 km/h is completed by the GLC 63 S 4MATIC+ in just 3.8 seconds, while the GLC 63 4MATIC+ takes 4.0 seconds. The top speed is 250 km/h (electronically limited).

The GLC 63 also get the latest version of AMG’s 4Matic four-wheel-drive system.

It also gets AMG’s new Panamericana grille which was first seen in the Mercedes-AMG GT R. This design also separates the GLC 63 from the less powerful GLC 43 and GLC 43 Coupe. Other exterior changes include blacked-out flared wheel arches, revised and more aggressive cladding giving it an aerodynamic appearance, rear diffuser, four exhaust pipes which have been given the chrome treatment and ‘V8 Turbo’ badging along the flanks.

Inside, the new GLC 63 gets a flat bottom steering wheel, ‘AMG’ on the centre console and the steering, carbon fibre accents on the center console and AMG sports seats.
