Watch: Bus Driver Uses Blinkers To Save Car Behind From Potential Accident
When the car first tried to overtake the bus, some vehicles were coming from the other direction at high speed.

While driving on highways at night, people must follow the movement of the cars ahead to avoid mishaps. Especially on two-way roads, the front vision can be blocked sometimes by large vehicles like buses or trucks. In those situations, indicators of the adjacent cars need to be trusted. A video proving the point recently went widely viral and has been raking in likes. The clip opens in the middle of a highway where a car was spotted following a bus. The four-wheeler might have tried to overtake the bus through the wrong lane. The driver of the car, however, was not sure about it.

That’s when the bus driver came to his rescue. He used the blinkers to pass the information about the incoming vehicles. When the yellow indicator lit up, cars were seen coming from the other lane at high speeds. Once the road became clear, the bus driver turned on the blinkers on the right side. The car took it as a green signal and managed to overtake the bus.

The video was shared on X with the caption, “Man trusted that turn signal with his life.” Many viewers have loved the coordination between the two drivers. Some of them felt the man should have thanked the bus driver for saving him from a potential accident.

About the bus driver, a user wrote, “Must be a yesteryear driver… Only those who have driven on single roads have such a good attitude.”

An individual asked, “Isn’t it a stark reminder of how much we place our safety in the hands of others, often without realizing the risks until it’s too late?”

“They were in sync! The bus driver was awesome,” admitted a person.

Another user hailed the bus driver as the “unsung hero of this video.”

“Bus driver is clearly a professional. I would have trusted that blinker too,” opined a viewer.

Here are some other reactions:

Since being dropped on X, the video has amassed more than 10 million views and over 1,10,000 likes.
