The journey commenced in 2009 with Hina Khan and Karan Mehra taking on the lead roles of Akshara and Naitik. Their on-screen chemistry resonated with viewers, endearing them as a beloved duo. Recently, Hina Khan delighted fans by sharing a photo on her Instagram alongside Sanjeev Seth, who portrayed her on-screen father, Vishambhar Maheshwari. This heartwarming reunion has evoked emotional responses from fans.
