Recently, Disha’s pilates trainer shared a video on Instagram showcasing her dedication to staying fit and healthy during pregnancy by diligently performing a series of recommended exercises. The video was captioned, “Absolutely crushing her postnatal workout.”
In the video, the actress can be seen executing a rigorous workout routine designed to address postpartum fitness needs. She starts with a lateral shuffle floor tap where she engages her glutes, hips, thighs, and calves. The workout routine also includes side leg raises which target the inner thigh strength and toning. It also focuses on improved hip stability and mobility. She also performs lunges, a lower body exercise that targets the hips, glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. The actress then seamlessly transitions through hip raises, wall squats, bicycle crunches, and stand-to-crawl exercises.
