New Delhi: California-based Vu Televisions launched the Vu 42-inch 4K UHD SMART LED TV in India. The TV is exclusively available on Flipkart at a price of Rs 42,000.
The new TV has three HDMI ports, 4 USB ports and Movies support in USB mode. It comes with Vu's Digital Noise Reduction (DNR) that is claimed to offer users surround sound in any room up to 20 square feet.
"The ultra HD gives you more than 8 million pixels, Full HD has an estimated 2 million pixels - the result is picture clarity so real you might reach out to touch it. Colours pop, and motion is seamless and natural. Each pixel is resilient for stunning brightness and detail," said VU.
Encased in A+ grade panel, it comes with 3840 x 2160 resolution and a 178 degree (H) X 178 degree (V) viewing angle. The TV is supported by 4X graphic engine, MPEG H.264 decoder, built in Wifi-IEEE802.11N, Network Ethernet Port, 1:1 Pixel Mapping and Digital Media Player.
It comes with both table top mount and wall mounting brackets.
