Omega unveils Seamaster 300 'Spectre' limited edition timepiece to celebrate 20 years with James Bond
The Swiss watchmaker celebrates 20 years of partnership with the most famous secret agent and the new watch design will be worn by Daniel Craig in the saga's next episode.

This year, the Swiss watchmaker celebrates 20 years of partnership with the most famous secret agent, a relationship that began in 1995 with the film "GoldenEye". The event is the perfect occasion to present a new design, the Seamaster 300 "Spectre" that Daniel Craig will wear in the saga's next episode, out in theaters in the UK next week and in the US November 6.

Agent 007's passion for watches is no secret. In "Dr. No", the saga's film premiere in 1962, James Bond's first wristwatch was the Rolex Submariner. The model was to follow him in a number of episodes from "Goldfinger" in 1964 to "You Only Live Twice" in 1967. The British super agent next turned to Japanese brand Seiko for a few turns before finally falling for Omega and its Seamaster in 1995 with "GoldenEye."

The partnership between the brand and the world's most stylish spy has now lasted two decades. To celebrate this anniversary, the watchmaker has released the Seamaster 300 SPECTRE in a limited edition of 7,007 units. The model will also feature in "Spectre," the new Bond film directed by Sam Mendes.

The timepiece functions on an Omega Master Co-Axial caliber 8400 and is equipped with a stainless steel case and a refined, black watch face, in line with traditional James Bond models. A black ceramic bi-directional bezel ring built with a 12-hour scale in Liquidmetal allows the watch to tell time in any country in the world.

The iconic James Bond NATO strap, decorated with five black and grey stripes completes the look while the 007 gun logo has been engraved on the strap buckle. The watch is presented in a special 007 case with a second metal bracelet and a magnifying glass. Price: $7,500.
