Nokia phones are going nowhere, that’s what HMD Group has confirmed recently, when rumours circulated that the brand is killing the popular lineup to work on its own phones. However, new updates suggest, HMD will not only make Nokia phones, but also bring back some of the popular Nokia feature phones in a new avatar.
The new teaser from HMD hints at the launch of Nokia 3210 feature phone but possibly with upgraded hardware and new platform to power the device. But how can we be so sure that it is the Nokia 3210 that HMD wants to launch? The teaser clearly says It’s my birthday, which is what the popular feature phone celebrated on March 18, 25 years since its debut in 1999.

HMD hasn’t exactly told us when the new feature phone could be launched, but during its MWC 2024 keynote, many products were confirmed to be launching in May, so it is possible the Nokia 3210 might have the same launch date.
The company has used its Nokia connection to launch other popular phones previously. We have seen the brand re-introduce the Nokia 3310, 8210 4G and the Nokia 5710 in the last few years. Out of these, the Nokia 3310 garnered a lot of attention, especially with the iconic Nokia ringtone making an appearance.
Could HMD pick up a similar response for the Nokia 3210 which could have the Snake game and the balloon game all over again? We can’t wait to see which new Nokia phones could get a new lease of life.
