Expanding its smartphone portfolio, Lava has launches two new Android smartphones - the X17 and the X50 - in India. The former is priced at Rs 6,899, while the latter costs Rs 8,699.
The Lava X17 features a 5-inch HD IPS display and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The X50, on the other hand, comes with a 5.5-inch HD display and a guaranteed upgrade to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Both handsets sport an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 5 megapixel front camera. The phones are powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor. While the X17 includes 1 GB of RAM, the X50 has 2 GB of RAM.
The dual-SIM 4G smartphones offer an onboard storage of 8 GB which can be further expanded up to 32 GB via a microSD card. The Lava X17 is packed with a 2350 mAh battery, while the X50 includes a 2800 mAh battery.
The Lava X17 will be available in Black Gold, White Gold, Champaign Gold and Black Steel colours. Unlike the X17, the Lava X50 will come in a single colour - Blue.
