South Indian actor Prabhas, renowned for his iconic roles in blockbuster hits like Baahubali and Salaar, is causing a stir on social media with rumours swirling about his latest real estate investment. Speculations suggest that the actor has purchased a new house in London while engrossed in the filming of Kalki 2898 AD.

Previously, Prabhas had been residing in a rented accommodation in London during his film shoots and vacations, incurring a substantial monthly rent of nearly Rs 60 lakhs. Recent reports indicate that health concerns, such as a knee surgery conducted in Europe, prompted Prabhas to opt for a more permanent residence in London.

Prabhas recently basked in the success of his latest cinematic venture, Salar. The movie, helmed by director Prashanth Neel, saw a global release on December 22 and emerged as a massive hit, raking in a staggering Rs 650 crores at the box office. Currently, Prabhas is fully engrossed in the production of his next magnum opus, Kalki 2898 AD.

Kalki 2898 AD boasts a star-studded cast with Santhosh Narayanan composing the music and Vyjayanthi Movies backing the project. Alongside Prabhas, the film features leading actresses Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani, with industry stalwarts Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan essaying pivotal roles. The eagerly awaited film is slated for a theatrical release on May 9.

Adding to the excitement, Jr. NTR and Nani have joined the ensemble cast of Kalki 2898 AD, while rumours abound regarding a potential cameo by Vijay Deverakonda. Speculations suggest that Jr. NTR may portray Parashuram, with Nani possibly essaying the role of Kripacharya in scenes leading up to the climax. Utilising cutting-edge blue screen technology, the film promises to deliver a visually stunning cinematic experience and is backed by a staggering budget exceeding Rs 500 crores.

In addition to Kalki 2898 AD, Prabhas has an array of exciting projects in the pipeline, including The Raja Saab, Kannappa, Salaar 2, Spirit, Ravanam, an untitled project with Srikanth Odela and another untitled venture with Hanu Raghavapudi. Reports suggest that The Raja Saab will be a horror-comedy featuring Malavika Mohanan and Nidhhi Agerwal in prominent roles alongside Prabhas.
