Politicians take to Twitter against Chouhan over Vyapam deaths
While Chidambaram has questioned the independence of a court-monitored investigation, Kejriwal has demanded that PM Modi must break his silence.

Three Vyapam scam-linked deaths emerging in less than 72 hours has sparked anger on social media. Hitting out at the Madhya Pradesh government, politicians from across party lines have taken to Twitter, questioning the probe into the recruitment scam which has witnessed over 45 mysterious deaths so far.

While former Union minister P Chidambaram has questioned the independence of a court-monitored investigation, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi must break his silence over the issue.

Meanwhile, AAP leader Ashutosh termed the scam as “much bigger than we think”, alleging that “Vyapam has reached to CM office and to the Governor house”.

The sentiment was echoed by the Trinamool Congress, with party MP Derek O’Brien saying that the viscera report should be sent outside Madhya Pradesh for probe into the recent death of a journalist who was covering the scam.

Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh, who had filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding an apex-court monitored CBI probe, also made a reference to the scam, asking how many people have died so far.

Apart from politicians, several others also raised question on one death after another in the Vyapam scam. Here are some of the reactions on Twitter:
