Mumbai: The youth wing activists of the Nationalist Congress Party have burnt an effigy of former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal outside the Aam Aadmi Party's office in Mumbai.

The protest by NCP members comes after AAP named Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar in an alleged power scam.

The NCP has also accused AAP's Mayank Gandhi of being involved in a real estate- land scam.

The AAP had accused the state power firm and energy minister Ajit Pawar of wasting crores of money in the last three years, and helping a nexus of politicians, bureaucrats and corporate houses burden the common man with inflated bills.
