Cong claims for youths is just an eyewash: Smriti Irani

Aurangabad: TV actress and politician Smriti Irani said on Thursday that claim made by Congress that it is giving priority to the youths in coming elections is merely an eyewash as no youth other than that of the Gandhi family members are seen leading the party campaign.

Irani, who was Aurangabad to attend BJP's Women Conference, said that in foreign land India's history is sold and the Congress is selling its present in the country itself.

The Congress government has gifted meltdown, load shedding and terrorism to the country, she said. When asked about contesting the elections, she said the BJP central committee will decide from which constituency she will contest the polls.
