Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Friday released the governance agenda of the Janata Dal United-Rashtriya Janata Dal-Congress Mahagathbandhan.
Mahagathbandhan's five year plan is mainly about development initiatives planned in the state. A Rs 500 crore venture capital fund will be set up for skill development and self employment of the youth. Free WiFi will be provided in all the universities of Bihar.
According to the plan, women will be given 35% reservation in government jobs.
Bihar Assembly elections are no different from any other state elections as local issues dominate the agenda of all political parties. The Chief Minister has promised complete electricty, water availability and sanitation in the state.

The voting for the 243-member Bihar Assembly will be on October 12, 16, 28, November 1 and 5. The counting of votes will be on November 8.
