“I specially brought it from home. It’s an aluminium suitcase, all my things are inside, it is already packed.”
Words from none other than Thomas Tuchel himself from Bayern’s recent outing against RB Leipzig. Well, one would advise Thomas Tuchel to keep those bags ready regardless for the upcoming week.
Latest reports from Germany state that Tuchel will lose his job immediately if he fails to lead Bayern to victory over Lazio in their upcoming UEFA Champions League round-of-16 tie.
News #Tuchel: He will definitely be the coach against Lazio Rom!➡️ If Bayern reach the quarter-finals, regardless of how, Tuchel should stay in charge until the end of the season

Bayern already had to face sheer despair and embarrassment against the Italians in the first leg, losing the tie 1-0, thanks to a penalty that defender Dayot Upamecano conceded upon receiving a red card.
Lazio’s trusty Ciro Immobile quietly slotted the ball into the back of the net and ensured that the Italian side holds on against a depleted 10-man Bayern to secure the win.
Bayern now face a seemingly daunting task, as they come off the back of a fairly measly break since last playing the Italians, in which they managed to secure only one win from their three games.
And with manager Thomas Tuchel already set to leave the club at the end of the season, one would hope that the German would try to save face and his job at least till he cannot anymore.
The latest reports also suggest that despite the lack of top interim managers currently, there are currently no plans for a coach who is available now and will remain head coach beyond the season, like Zidane, to take over in case of an early Tuchel departure.
And one of the key reasons behind Bayern’s decision to do so has to do with their insistence to want to sign Bayer Levekusen’s Xabi Alonso if the chance ever arises.
From battling relegation ton battling the Bavarians for the title, Alonso has been at the driver’s seat for Leverkusen this season, orchestrating a team that has looked unstoppable so far.
The Spaniard also ignited the spark that led to Bayern’s run of poor form recently, with the Bavarians having to weather a 3-0 thrashing from Bayer Leverkusen.
