In a scary incident, a Delhi man recently discovered a six-feet long python in his car’s engine. A video which is currently doing rounds on social media shows the long python stuck in the car. The incident took place in Chittaranjan Park area. As soon as the owner spotted the snake, he contacted Wildlife SOS. For those who don’t know, it is a non governmental organisation which helps in rescue operations. The NGO immediately sent their team.
Now, a video which is doing rounds on social media shows the rescue operation taking place. The team took more than 30 minutes to remove the python. It was later safely handed over to forest authorities. In the video, the team members can be seen crawling under the car to locate the python. The reptile had made its way into the engine area.

Earlier, Wildlife SOS rescued a rare and endangered turtle and an Indian rock python from the national capital in two different incidents. As per the latest developments, the first rescue mission was carried out near the Subroto Park in New Delhi where a passerby discovered a stranded Indian softshell turtle on a roadside. In another incident, an Indian rock python was also rescued by the Wildlife SOS from the Mandi Village area. Both the reptiles were uninjured and were provided the necessary aid before being released in the wild.
