Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani Attend Aamir Khan's Daughter Ira Khan's Reception To Bless Her | Watch

Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani were seen attending Ira Khan’s wedding reception on Saturday night. Ira, who is actor Aamir Khan’s daughter, married her longtime boyfriend Nupur Shikhare in an intimate wedding ceremony in Udaipur earlier this week. On Saturday, January 13, Aamir Khan hosted a grand wedding reception at NMACC and invited the biggest of Bollywood stars, South Indian stars, and cricketers. Businessman Mukesh Ambani and his wife, Nita Ambani were also invited to the celebrations.

In a video shared by a paparazzo, Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani twinned in black at the wedding reception. Nita was seen wearing a black saree by Manish Malhotra while Mukesh Ambani wore a black suit. The power couple posed for the cameras before making their way to the reception to bless Ira and Nupur. The Ambanis were also seen attending the marriage registration ceremony last week. In a video shared by a paparazzo last week, Aamir Khan was seen receiving Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani and escorting them to the ceremony.

Aamir Khan invited 2500 guests for Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare’s reception. These include Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, the Bachchan family and more. According to an India Today source, dishes from nine cuisines will be served at the reception. “The Khans have kept a plethora of menus for guests. A total of 9 different state cuisines are a part of the reception venue. The Gujarati menu apparently dominates the palate, with Lucknowi and Maharashtrian food also on the list,” the source said.

Ira and Nupur exchanged their vows and registered their marriage on January 3 in an intimate wedding ceremony in Mumbai followed by a three-day wedding ceremony in Udaipur. The couple exchanged their vows in a white wedding ceremony.

Ira Khan, the daughter of Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta, is the founder and CEO of Agatsu Foundation, an organisation dedicated to mental health support. Meanwhile, Nupur Shikhare is a recognised fitness coach, consultant, and athlete. They dated for a few years before he proposed to her last year. The couple hosted a grand engagement party as well shortly after.
