The most awaited Apple iPhone 15 series has hit the market and as per tradition, eager enthusiasts in Western countries are always seen queued up for hours to be among the first to own these devices. Mumbai and Delhi also witnessed similar scenes as Apple officially launched the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max series phones. What’s truly remarkable is the dedication of one Apple enthusiast who travelled all the way from Ahmedabad to get his hands on the latest iPhone. In an interview with news agency ANI, this ardent fan shared that he had patiently waited outside India’s first Apple store for 17 hours.
He expressed, “Main kal afternoon se aya hun 3 baje se, 17 ghante line mein rukh ke iphone lene ke liye, India ke pehle apple store se. Aur main khaas ahmedabad se aya hun, ye lene ke liye. (I arrived here yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock, waiting in line for 17 hours to buy the iPhone from India’s first Apple store. I specially came from Ahmedabad just for this).” When questioned about the availability of the device in Ahmedabad, he responded, “Wahan milta hai, par yahan ka experience hi alag hai, yeh jo mahaul hai, ye Ahmedabad mein toh bilkul hi nahi hoga. (You can get it there, but the experience here is entirely different. The atmosphere here, you won’t find anything like it in Ahmedabad).”
Additionally, he shared that he had pre-ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max in white titanium with 256 GB of storage. He also added the Apple Watch Ultra 2 and the new AirPods to his list of purchases. With a smile, he further claimed iPhones are the best.

Another Apple lover named Vivek arrived at the Apple BKC store from Bengaluru as early as 4 AM in the morning with the hope of being the first person to collect his new iPhone 15 Pro. However, he found that another customer had already taken the lead in the queue. Despite this, Vivek expressed his happiness and excitement about getting his hands on the new device, as he was eagerly waiting for this moment throughout the year.
In Delhi, a customer named Rahul was the first to purchase the newest phone from the Saket store. He shared his experience, mentioning that he arrived at the store at 4 a.m. and successfully bought the phone. Rahul described it as a great experience and claimed also owns an iPhone 13 Pro Max and an iPhone 14 Pro Max. He explained that when the iPhone 15 series was announced, he was eager to get the iPhone 15 Pro Max and he wanted to be among the first to own it.
