Reportedly, right after waking up in the morning, the Dhadkan actress drinks a glass of warm water (moderate temperature) as she believes it flushes out the toxins from the body and also cleanses the skin. Further, she drinks gooseberry juice every day, which is known to be packed with Vitamin C. Gooseberry, aka, amla adds a soft glow to the skin. Apart from all of this, she religiously practices yoga which helps her maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

She also likes to have a bowl of apples, mangoes and coconut milk for her breakfast. She also eats a bow of porridge or two boiled or scrambled eggs.
